After a months and months of looking for a vehicle, trying to get everything in order, we found help here. I have never had a better car buying experience than at this dealership. Chad was patient, resourceful, and always willing to help. Just traded in our 2017 Civic bought a 2021 CR-V. They gave us the best trade in value and really worked with us on the financial aspect. It was a no pressure sale, no hidden fees, and an overall easy process. They even help personalize the car settings for you. 1000% would recommend. Ask for Chad!

He had extreme patience with me when I changed my mind several times about things. He kept me up to date on the delivery of my car and was a pleasure to work with!
Through a very long and convoluted process (my fault, not theirs) that involved team members from service, sales and financing, the folks at Denny Menholt University made things easy to understand, kept the flow of information unimpeded, were very clear about pricing options and stayed really late after closing hours to make things work for me. I dealt with five other dealerships of various brands during this process and none made me feel as comfortable as the folks at University Honda. Couldn't be happier
My initial sales contact was pleasant and pressure free. Isaac listened to my input and directed me toward an appropriate vehicle. I had limited time so we agreed to re-convene on the weekend for a test drive and the time was used for a sight unseen offer on my trade which was acceptable. On Saturday I brought my trade in and the initial offer was confirmed and the sale was completed. Everything was casual and friendly and completed in a timely manner right up to delivery of the vehicle.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was not looking forward to having to buy a new car when I still owed $8,000 on a car I had purchased from a different dealership. Still fighting with that. However, Jenna Shaw was exactly what I needed, she was patient and knowledgeable. Buying a car can be overwhelming if you have pushy salespeople. This was NOT the case, Jenna is wonderful and I highly recommend you go see her at Denny Menholt, GREAT experience from everyone over there. Thank you!!!
